I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Jennifer Weintraub and her team while searching for the right assisted living community for my uncle. Jennifer was an incredible resource while I was trying to understand senior living options for my mom. I initially tried researching everything myself, but with so many different options, it quickly became overwhelming. Jennifer spent time on the phone with me explaining the different types and phases of senior living, asked thoughtful questions, and really listened to my mom’s needs. What I appreciated most was how patient and thorough she was. Her follow-up was excellent, and you could tell she put a tremendous amount of time into researching options specifically for our situation. Her emails weren’t generic referrals - she researched pricing, availability, waitlists, fees, photos, virtual tours, and more. Most importantly, she wasn’t just trying to place my mom in the first available option. She was thinking long-term about how her needs may change as she gets older and what would make sense for her in the future. I’m so grateful for Jennifer’s help during this difficult time. Google/Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude/AI tools can give you information, but having a knowledgeable person who listens, understands the nuances, and genuinely cares makes a world of difference. There are several reasons why Jennifer has 5 STARS on all of her reviews! I was referred to Jennifer when it was necessary to move my mother (with dementia) out of a large facility in the South Bay (which will remain unnamed). Due to time constraints, I only had a couple of weeks to make a decision on a new home. Based on the wants/needs I provided Jennifer, she was able to schedule several appts to view appropriate homes that would be compatible for my mother. It was very clear that she has built up great relationships with each of the board and care owners. She understood what was important to my family and she gave us very good options - I saw 7 homes before we made a decision. Most notably, I could tell that Jennifer takes her responsibilies seriously and she genuinely really cared about our situation and making sure my mother could find the right living environment. I had no idea how I was going to locate a suitable home for my husband with Parkinson’s. I was so stressed but then a friend sent me Jennifer Weintraub’s contact information. I reached out to her and she immediately got back to me. She wasted no time on getting places lined up for me to see. We had to change our minds a couple times during the search process but Jennifer was very understanding. Jennifer is very professional but at the same time warm, caring and considerate.
